FROM THE A381 NEWTON ABBOT / TOTNES ROAD
For visitors using Sat Nav, please use postcode TQ12 5UL. From the A381, take the turning to Ipplepen Centre signposted Ipplepen/Torbryan/Broadhemptson into Foredown Road. Continue straight through the village centre to Ipplepen Village Hall, then follow the road round to the right signposted Torbryan/Broadhempston. Continue over Orley Common towards Broadhempston. Turn left at the signpost to Littlehempston/Totnes. Turn left into Great Ambrook Avenue and follow the single track private lane round to the right. As you exit through the stone pillars at the top of hill, the garden entrance is signposted immediately on your right. NO VISITORS WITHOUT PRIOR APPOINTMENT!
