Come and Visit
The garden is now CLOSED for winter.
Between April and October, the garden is open on Fridays from 10.30am-3.30pm for self-guided visits. This year we will also open on the following Saturdays - 16th May, 13th June, 22nd August and 19th September. No need to book - admission is £6, payable in cash or via QR code. We also welcome small groups of visitors for pre-booked guided tours with one of our knowledgeable volunteer guides to discover the compelling story of the garden.

We offer small group guided tours from April to October
If you would like to book a group visit do contact us well in advance to ensure a guide is available on your preferred date. The current price is £10 per person, with a minimum fee of £100 per group.
The visit takes approximately two hours and is led by one of our knowledgeable volunteer guides who will share fascinating stories about the history of the garden, its original owner and architect, and our restoration plans.
