Give yourself the gift of calm and book onto one of these workshops. Currently limited to 6 people to allow plenty of personal interaction. No previous experience is necessary. 

Mindfulness practices can help us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. Come and join Vicki to start your mindfulness journey in the beautiful surroundings of The Italian Garden at Great Ambrook. During the workshop you’ll learn the science behind mindfulness and the actual physical changes that can happen in the brain with regular mindful practise. We’ll look at how you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily routines and practise some mindfulness exercises. By the end of the workshop you’ll have a good understanding of mindfulness, the benefits and how you can continue your mindfulness journey.
