Forest Bathing - 8 March 2026

On International Women’s Day, join Forest Therapy Guide, Katie Wilkinson for a very special event for LGBTQ+ women and non-binary folk. Come and find joy in connecting to nature, to others and to the queer roots of this secret garden. It is an opportunity to find calm, connectedness and clarity within a safe and beautiful environment. And of course a chance to celebrate women, inclusion, diversity and the interconnectedness of women and nature.

This wonderful garden has its roots in queer history having been designed and created to be a safe space for Arthur Graham and his friends to be themselves at a time when being gay was illegal.

During the session Katie will guide you through a morning of nature based invites curated to enable you to slow down, find some peace and quiet and feel more present in both mind and body. The intention is that you will come away with a sense of calm, connectedness and clarity.

Forest Bathing can help you sleep better, improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety, inspire creativity, give you clarity of thought, boost your immune system and so much more.
