Creative Writing and Drawing - 19 July 2025

Join local writer Zo Copeland and local illustrator Frances Mason to explore the garden’s history as a small group. We will unearth its story and respond to this in words and pictures. The garden will inspire prompts as we move through it and reflect on different elements of the story.

Suitable for all, no previous experience required, experienced writers and artists are also welcome to explore a new place from a new perspective. Basic materials supplied ~ you are welcome to bring your own sketchpad, notebook, and other materials light enough to carry round the garden with you. This workshop is neurodivergent friendly.

About your facilitators - Zo is a writer and poet from South Devon who is inspired by nature - find out more about Zo @zocowrites. Frances is an illustrator from South Devon whose MA Illustration project was based on the garden - find out more about Frances @seasewed.
